Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand the full picture of your mental health, not just your symptoms.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, along with your history, current stressors, sleep, relationships, and the broader context of your life. I’m especially attentive to how factors like hormones, life transitions, trauma, and identity may be shaping your experience.
This is not a rushed or checklist-based appointment. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood—while also gathering the clinical information needed to make thoughtful, individualized recommendations.
At the end of our session, we’ll begin developing a plan together. This may include medication (when appropriate), lifestyle and nervous system support, and coordination with therapy or other care.
You’ll also have time to ask questions and make sure the approach feels like a good fit for you.

Follow-up visits are a space to check in, adjust your treatment plan, and continue building on the work we’ve started together.
We’ll review how you’ve been feeling, how any medications are working (if applicable), and what’s shifting in your day-to-day life. I pay close attention to patterns in mood, sleep, stress, and nervous system regulation—especially as they relate to hormones, life transitions, and your broader environment.
These sessions are collaborative and flexible. Some visits may focus more on medication management, while others may include supportive therapy, skill-building, or refining routines that help you feel more grounded and well.
Care is not one-size-fits-all, and we’ll continue to adjust your plan based on what’s actually working for you.
Cash pay rate $225 (see FAQ’s about insurance and superbills)
